Biogas PSA Decarbonization
Applicable to: Removal of CO₂ from biogas, landfill gas, etc.
Technical features: Strong adaptability to raw gas, adjustable product purity, low operating cost, large operating flexibility, etc.
The pressure swing adsorption (PSA) decarbonization technology mainly works on the principle that based on the differences in adsorption characteristics of different gas components in the adsorbent material, and the characteristic that the adsorption capacity changes with pressure, it uses periodic pressure changes to complete the corresponding gas separation and purification. The process of biogas purification and CO₂ separation consists of steps such as adsorption, pressure reduction, pressure equalization, vacuum pumping, pressure boosting, and product gas pressure boosting. Zhongke Nenghuan, combining years of R&D and engineering experience, adopts the VPSA purification process to ensure that the methane purity of the product gas is ≥95% and the methane recovery rate is ≥95%.
High product purity, easy to adjust.
Strong adaptability to raw gas.
Large operating flexibility: 30-110%.
Low maintenance cost: The service life of the adsorbent is 15 years.
Low operating cost.
