The project is located in Yuhuang Town, Mianyang City, with a biogas treatment capacity of 30,000 Nm³/d. It collects biogas generated from food waste and leachate disposal projects within the industrial park. Through chelated iron desulfurization and pressure swing adsorption, the biogas is purified into biomethane (Category II of GB17820-2018 "Natural Gas"), turning it into a clean energy source that is integrated into the urban gas pipeline network. The annual CO₂ emission reduction is approximately 18,800 tons.
