The Xiaping Landfill Gas to Natural Gas Project, a landfill gas purification and natural gas production project undertaken by CSEE as the EPC general contractor, was successfully put into operation at the Shenzhen Xiaping Waste Landfill on March 9, 2015. Leaders from Shenzhen municipal government authorities, industry associations, partners, financial institutions, fund companies, renowned media reporters and other individuals attended the celebration event of the project. Based on calculations with an average waste moisture content of 50%, degradable organic matter of 60%, and a conversion rate of 40%, the landfill gas production per ton of waste is approximately 126 m3.
